Chat & Intelligence Terms of Access

Connect Software — Chat & Intelligence is provided only to named, authorized users approved by Connect Software Inc.

Your access is limited to internal use by your organization for authorized operational, leadership, engagement, communication, care, ministry, or administrative purposes.

Your access does not allow you to share, transfer, demonstrate, publish, reproduce, or provide access to any other person unless Connect Software Inc. gives prior written permission.

Connect Software — Chat & Intelligence, including its software, interface, question library, analytics systems, query architecture, data models, scoring methods, classification systems, workflows, response formats, dashboards, reports, summaries, recommendations, insights, and other intelligence outputs, is owned by Connect Software Inc.

The platform is proprietary to Connect Software Inc. and may be protected by copyright, trade secret, contract, and other applicable intellectual property laws. Certain aspects of the platform are also the subject of pending U.S. patent application no. 63/991,393.

Nothing in your access to or use of the platform transfers any ownership interest in the platform, its technology, methodologies, outputs, architecture, workflows, response formats, scoring systems, classification systems, user interface, question structure, or intellectual property to you, your employer, your organization, or any third party.

Your organization may retain its rights in the underlying data it provides or makes available for use through the platform.

Connect Software Inc. retains all rights in the platform, software, analytics, scoring, classifications, query structures, processing methods, response formats, derived intelligence, summaries, recommendations, insights, and outputs generated by or through Connect Software — Chat & Intelligence.

No rights are granted except the limited right to access and use the platform and its outputs internally within your organization for the purpose authorized by Connect Software Inc.

Access is granted only to the individual named user approved by Connect Software Inc.

You may not share, forward, transfer, lend, publish, or otherwise provide your login credentials, access link, account access, screenshots, recordings, exports, reports, outputs, platform examples, or platform access to any other person.

This restriction applies to people inside and outside your organization, including employees, contractors, consultants, vendors, agencies, technology providers, software developers, advisors, artificial intelligence providers, and third-party service providers.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, login, access link, or credentials. You agree to promptly notify Connect Software Inc. if you believe your access has been shared, compromised, or used without authorization.

You may use Connect Software — Chat & Intelligence and its outputs internally within your organization solely for the purpose authorized by Connect Software Inc.

Permitted internal use may include reviewing analytics, reports, insights, recommendations, summaries, scores, classifications, and natural language responses to support your organization’s engagement, communication, care, operations, leadership, ministry, or administrative decision-making.

You may not use the platform, platform outputs, or any information learned through platform access for any external, commercial, competitive, public, or unauthorized purpose.

Outputs generated through Connect Software — Chat & Intelligence, including analytics, reports, scores, classifications, summaries, dashboards, recommendations, insights, and natural language responses, are produced through Connect Software Inc.’s proprietary technology.

You may not represent the platform, its outputs, its capabilities, its methodology, or its underlying technology as the proprietary work, product, technology, analysis, system, or intellectual property of yourself, your organization, or any third party.

You may not remove, obscure, or alter any attribution, copyright, proprietary, confidentiality, or patent-pending notice associated with the platform or its outputs.

Connect Software — Chat & Intelligence and its non-public functionality are confidential and proprietary to Connect Software Inc.

Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, the platform’s functionality, capabilities, data structures, query behavior, question library, response formats, prompts, scoring methods, classification systems, workflows, analytics methods, dashboards, report structures, user interface, recommendations, summaries, natural language response patterns, and other non-public features observable through use of the platform.

You agree not to disclose, describe, demonstrate, publish, reproduce, distribute, record, screenshot, export, forward, or otherwise share the platform, its outputs, its functionality, or its capabilities with any person or entity outside the named authorized users approved by Connect Software Inc. without prior written consent.

Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available through no breach of these terms, lawfully known to you without confidentiality obligations, independently developed without use of the platform or its confidential information, or required to be disclosed by law.

If disclosure is required by law, you agree to provide prompt notice to Connect Software Inc. unless legally prohibited.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, requests, ideas, or recommendations regarding Connect Software — Chat & Intelligence, you agree that Connect Software Inc. may use that feedback without restriction or obligation.

Feedback does not give you, your employer, your organization, or any third party any ownership interest in the platform, its features, its roadmap, its improvements, or any related intellectual property.

Connect Software Inc. may monitor, log, and audit platform access and activity for security, compliance, support, product integrity, and enforcement purposes.

Access records may include user identity, email address, organization, login activity, timestamps, IP address, browser or device information, pages accessed, questions submitted, outputs generated, exports, and acceptance of these Terms of Access.

By clicking “I Agree” or using Connect Software — Chat & Intelligence, you acknowledge that your acceptance and use of the platform may be recorded and retained by Connect Software Inc.

Your access is personal, limited, non-transferable, and revocable.

Connect Software Inc. may suspend or terminate access at any time for unauthorized use, sharing, disclosure, security concerns, breach of these terms, suspected misuse, or any use outside the intended purpose of the platform.

Unauthorized access, sharing, copying, disclosure, reverse engineering, competitive use, or misuse may result in immediate termination of access and pursuit of all available legal and equitable remedies.

These Terms of Access supplement any master services agreement, statement of work, confidentiality agreement, data processing agreement, service agreement, business agreement, or other written agreement between Connect Software Inc. and your organization.

These terms do not reduce, replace, or limit any confidentiality, ownership, access, security, payment, data, intellectual property, or use restrictions contained in those agreements.

If there is a conflict between these Terms of Access and a signed written agreement between Connect Software Inc. and your organization, the signed written agreement controls to the extent of the conflict.
